I am dreaming of Spring and reminscing about a trip my husband and I took to the South of France two years ago. These bright French Country linens transport me back to the open markets we visited in Provence.

The bright colors in these placemats and cloth napkins reflect the vibrancy of warm summer months, while rich blooms bring an air of festivity and joy to the table. I chose a rainbow napkin fold to be placed in tall crystal glasses to showcase the pretty pattern (see my video demo of the rainbow napkin fold at the bottom of this post). These linens can be purchased at www.RedRoosters.com.

The plates are Spode Blue Room Collection and the stemware is Waterford. The silver was passed down from my husband’s grandmother-1942 Watson Sterling Silver Windsor Rose.

The ecru matelasse tablerunner has scallopped edges-purchased from Home Goods, a few years ago. The centerpiece consists of a vintage handpainted blue Quelders Delft vase from Holland (from The Grand Bazaar) flanked by two beaded glass votives.

Several years ago, I purchased this handpainted platter from the artist in Ravello, Italy while vacationing with my dear friend on the Amalfi Coast. I thought the blue and gold in the platter would coordinate nicely with the rest of the table setting.

I picked up this pretty blue floral bowl (Tiffany & Co.) at Think Twice Consignment-it was a bargain!
