This recipe was given to me at my bridal shower by a dear family friend, Catherine Skidmore.
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Irish whisky
- 1 quart coffee ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- Heavy cream, whipped
- cinnamon sticks
Put milk and whiskey into blender, then spoon ice cream and instant coffee into blender. Cover and blend until smooth. It is best to do this in batches. Put into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream and add a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.
