I am excited to be the featured blogger on Beverly’s How Sweet The Sound Pink Saturday blog.  Beverly’s Pink Saturday blog features all things pink.  So I am featuring some special Limoges plates with a delicate pink floral pattern.

 

I am channeling my inner Spring with this delicate set of early Limoges dessert plates, sugar bowl, and creamer. All the pieces are adorned with the classic Limoges gold patina with handpainted pink floral pattern throughout. Perfect vintage charm!

The mark on the underside reads “Limoges B & H France”. B&H stands for Blakeman & Henderson, a decorating company in New York, that commissioned high quality porcelain, including dinnerware, from the Limoges region of France. This mark was used from 1890-1910.
